Victory Park, Sheffield

Alliance acquired the 15 acre brownfield site in 2006. The site was remediated successfully working closely with the Environment Agency and developed by Russells Construction to provide a bespoke warehouse / distribution facility on behalf of Amazon UK Services Limited. 

The Property Comprises:

  • 135,000 sq ft warehouse / distribution facility
  • 7,000 sq ft office building
  • 5 acre expansion / additional yard provision.
  • BREEAM Very Good rating

A Pre-Let was agreed with Amazon who took the building in November 2017 on a 10 year lease paying a rent of £974,000 per annum.
