Piccadilly Place, Manchester

Together with Ares Management Alliance purchased Piccadilly Place, comprising 300,000 sq ft, for £110m in April 2016.

Acrylicize have been appointed on the £400,000 remodelling of the piazza and the in house management team working alongside Carillon have already made significant improvements.

Within six months of ownership Alliance have secured two ground floor lettings. The piazza retail offering includes Starbucks, Pitta Pit, Anytime Fitness and Junkyard Golf.
